Unroll.me Email Management Service

If you’re like most people, combing through masses of junk emails and unwanted subscriptions is just part of your daily routine. More often than not, we’re hitting the delete button. On occasion you might feel inspired to clean up your inbox and vow to unsubscribe from pesky emails, but finding the “unsubscribe” button and completing the prompts is tedious and time consuming. With a new web service, Unroll.me, claiming to revolutionize email, you can finally keep your promise and clean out your inbox once and for all.
Unroll.me helps you view all of the email subscriptions that you currently have, along with people and places that often send you mail. All of these contacts show up in list form that allows you to unsubscribe with a simple click. If you click the unsubscribe, that’s it, the emails will stop showing up in your inbox. There may be contacts in your list that you don’t want to see in your inbox everyday, but you aren’t ready to part with quite yet. Don’t Worry! Click the “Add to Rollup” button. The Rollup feature takes all of the emails that you don’t want to see individually, and adds them to a daily email. This daily email shows a snapshot of subscriptions that have been added to the Rollup. If something sparks your interest, you can click on the email to view the full version or view the individual message by looking in the “Rollup folder” that will automatically appear in your email client.
Unroll.me supports the following major email providers including Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud, AOL, and Outlook.com (Hotmail, MSN, and Windows Live) and is completely free. Private email servers are not supported. At Cranston IT, we’re big fans of Unroll.me and have been using the service to de-clutter our inboxes. To start using Unroll.me all you do is head to unroll.me, type in your email, and start unsubscribing, your inbox will thank you!
