Updating Kerio Sync Connector

Customers using Macintosh and our hosted Kerio MailServer service will notice an update message on your computers after we have run updates on the Kerio MailServer. These notices are normal and should be installed to make sure you have the latest version of the Kerio Sync Connector on your computer.
Customers using Macintosh and our hosted Kerio MailServer service will notice an update message on your computers after we have run updates on the Kerio MailServer. These notices are normal and should be installed to make sure you have the latest version of the Kerio Sync Connector on your computer.

The notices look like this:


To Install the new version do the following:

1) Click the "Download..." button. The software will download to your computer in the form of a disc image.

2) Depending on how your computer is configured the disc image may automatically mount on your computer and open a Finder window for you.

The window looks like this:



If the image file does not mount automatically find the downloaded file and double click it to mount the disc image.

The downloaded file will look like this:


3) Double Click the Kerio Sync Connector Installer Icon

4) Follow the onscreen instructions to install the software.

5) After installation is complete, eject the disk image by clicking the "Eject" Symbol next to the Kerio Sync Connector Image.


6) Drag the downloaded Kerio image file to the trash.
