The program operates under a simple idea: catch a problem quickly when it occurs, and that’s exactly what Watchman Monitoring does. We install the Watchman program on your computer and it runs hourly checks to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

The hourly checks look for warning signs that indicate when vital hardware and software are failing, allowing us to correct the problems before they become larger. Watchman monitors hardware like the health of your hard drive and battery. It alerts us to problems with the processor and monitors your backups to make sure they are running properly. When a problem is found, an alert is sent to us and we contact you to arrange a time to troubleshoot the problem.
Having Watchman monitoring run on your computer won’t interrupt any of your other programs, in fact, it works so efficiently you won’t know it’s running at all. Watchman is also secure. No user data is ever transmitted back to us and having Watchman installed does not give anyone remote access to your computer.
Best of all, we are including this service free of charge to our contract customers. You will receive this monitoring at no additional charge to your existing contract.
