Pat Wysor Brings His Fast, Friendly and Efficient Style to Cranston IT

There’s a new tech in town and we’re happy to welcome him to our team. Pat Wysor joined Cranston IT in July and is already receiving rave reviews from clients for his fast, friendly service and IT knowledge.
A native of Pittsburgh’s North Hills, Pat graduated from North Allegheny High School in Wexford, PA before going on to receive a BA in Communication Arts from Allegheny College. During his college years, Pat did tech support through a work/study program. This experience enabled him to learn the Mac and gain real world experience helping others with their computer and technical issues. After college, Pat worked as an Apple Genius for five years.
Pat brings a natural curiosity to his position at Cranston IT. He finds customer problems interesting and feels driven to find out the answers and learn as much as possible. While technical issues are typically the bane of a computer user’s productivity, Pat loves a challenge and is motivated to help people. This eagerness shows in his positive attitude and the excitement he feels when clients have what he calls an “a ha!” moment.
When he’s not helping clients, Pat enjoys traveling and flying. He started flying at the age of thirteen and became a licensed pilot in 2008. In 2010, he received his flight instructor certificate.
